Common questions
Do I have to use kaniva?
No. If you're selling or making things, we start on kaniva because the framework is already there — you're live faster and you own a system that keeps improving. If you're not, or it can't do what you need, I build custom. Leverage first, not kaniva-or-nothing.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — your store, your data, your code. I set it up and train you; there's no lock-in to me. Keep running it yourself or have me help as you grow.
Why is building on kaniva faster and cheaper?
The hard parts already exist — store, payments, inventory, production, the API. I configure and extend instead of rebuilding from scratch, so you only pay for what's actually unique to your shop.
Can you connect it to my machines and shop floor?
Yes — that's our integration work. We can pull machine and CNC data into the same system that runs your store, so production and sales aren't two disconnected worlds.
