Train

Get the most out of your fiber laser

For shops new to fiber and operators leveling up. Safe operation, parameter tuning, nesting, and maintenance — so you cut faster, scrap less, and keep everyone safe. Onsite, or remote by screen-share for the software and parameter side.

Remote · 2-hr block $275–$450

  • Live screen-share session
  • Software / CAM / nesting help
  • Parameter tuning by material
  • Troubleshooting + a written recap

Production Optimization

Already running, but leaving speed, quality, or yield on the table.

$2,500 – $6,000

Common questions

We just bought a fiber laser. Where do we start?

The Operator Onboarding day. We get your people safe and productive fast, build a documented parameter library for your materials, and avoid the expensive habit of scrapping sheet while everyone learns.

Can you train us remotely?

Yes — software, CAM, nesting, parameters, and troubleshooting all work great over a live screen-share. The hands-on machine setup and laser-safety side we do onsite, but a lot of the dialing-in can happen remotely.

Our laser runs, but it's slow and we scrap a lot.

That's the Production Optimization engagement. I audit your current parameters and nesting, tune them, and hand you a before/after benchmark so you can see the cycle-time and yield gains.

Is fiber-laser PPE different from welding shades?

Yes — and it matters. Fiber lasers need wavelength-specific eye protection, not welding shades. Getting safety right is part of every session, and it's non-negotiable.
